My professional journey began with a strong passion for sales and negotiation, naturally leading me into business development within the HRIS sector and large-scale transformation initiatives.<\/strong>
Early on, I realized that human resources\u2014particularly recruitment and training\u2014are at the core of organizational success and business innovation<\/strong>. This conviction led me to found BeRight<\/strong>, an executive search and consulting firm dedicated to driving transformation, fostering innovation, and identifying top talent aligned with future-ready business models<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
